Important Information

Our LARP weapons are reinforced with fabric and leather in all particularly stressed areas, sometimes several times. This not only serves the durability of our products, it is mainly intended to protect the players from injury. Here it is essential to note that our products are built only for combat simulation. We assume no liability for incorrect handling. Also, after purchase the owner of our products is responsible for checking this product for damage before each simulation. A defective product is not safe and therefore must not be used. Stabbing or beating on sensitive parts of the body is also not allowed with our products. Our products are not built to carry out violence in any form.

Important are the fun and the love of the hobby.

Many thanks,

the Silberwald Team

LARP "Historical" Polearms

Construction Data

Our LARP polearms use a 16 mm rod, which minimizes bouncing and swinging. At the ends of the rod, a foam cap is attached, so as to improve the security against penetration of the rod through the foam.

The foam used has the designation PZ 45. Protruding areas of the foam weapon, which run the risk of tearing due to their shape and the resulting stress, are additionally provided with a strain relief. Depending on the model, reinforcement is also used against lateral twisting.

Latex is brushed, painted, spotted or sprayed depending on the area of the foam weapon to make forged, ground or other surfaces. This gives the LARP swords a more realistic look instead of a simple sprayed appearance. After that, the LARP weapon gets its finish through perfected airbrush technique and finally a sealing.

If you are interested in one of the LARP weapons or if you still have questions, please write us a short mail and you will receive all further information from us.
